Originally from New York, Dr. Iafe graduated from New York University and received his veterinary medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
He was elected into membership of the Phi Zeta Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Dr. Iafe has been licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. He has chosen Western Pennsylvania to call his home and has been a resident of Cranberry Township for the better part of 17 years. Dr. Iafe has held the office of President of the Western Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (WPVMA) and during his tenure helped the WPVMA develop an interactive website to better serve its members and the public. Dr.Iafeʼs interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine, endocrinology, dentistry and dermatology.
In his spare time he enjoys golfing, biking and running.
