Arika has always had a passion for working with animals and has wanted to join the veterinary field since she was little.
She graduated from VTI in 2023 and is a newly licensed CVT. Arika enjoys lab work, radiology, and working with all creatures big and small. However, she has a special love for dogs and cats especially, and has grown up with many throughout the years!
At home, Arika’s hobbies include drawing, painting and spending time with her furry duo! She has a jack Russell beagle mix named Oliver who has been a cherished (and a lil crazy) companion since his adoption back in 2013, and a tabby cat named Pyrite, who she adopted from VTI. He now has the time of his life looking out windows and spending time with his doggy brother.
